CIVAS-Assist Positive Pressure Isolator

The ENVAIR CIVAS-ASSIST (CVA) is the next generation ENVAIR positive pressure traditional spray and wipe, NHS Aseptic production pharmacy isolator. Designed to replace the PHARM-ASSIST (PHA) with a more user-friendly model, it utilises all of the established and well-loved features of the CDC range.

The main advance from the PHARM-ASSIST to the CIVAS-ASSIST is the removal of the internal laminar flow screens and the provision of a full width and depth downflow HEPA filter, ensuring UDAF laminar flow across the entire main processing chamber, whilst removing uncleanable areas in the main chamber and simplifying cleaning SOP’s. The other significant improvement is the addition of independently fanned and filtered transfer hatches allowing precise airflow control as well as simplifying VHP gassing integration.
