Envair’s range of scissor action stacking trolleys are designed to limit manual handling of bodies and coffins, helping mortuary staff to operate safely.
Available with either an electric or manual hydraulic unit, the trolleys have a lift range of 400mm to 1,760mm and can be loaded at the side or end. (Range is 420mm to 1,780mm when used with coffins.)
The simple and reliable manual stacking trolley has a capacity of 180kg/28 stone, whilst the electric stacking trolley is available in a choice of three capacities, each with a push button to raise or lower the trolley:
- Standard – 180kg/28 stone• Heavy duty – 256kg/40 stone
- Extra heavy duty – 355kg/55 stone
The compact 40mm fully welded chassis provides a stable platform compatible with most fridge cabinets and racking, whilst the textured powder coat paint enhances the durability of the trolley.
A tray tilt device can be added, offering a simple method of securing the tray handle and inclining the tray for embalming or washing.
