Envair Technology are delighted to announce we are now an accredited Living Hours Employer.
This means that our staff are entitled to:
- Decent notice periods for shifts, of at least 4 Weeks
- A contract that reflects the hours you regularly work
- A guaranteed minimum of 16 hours of work per week
We are one of the first local employers to implement this new standard and it builds upon our existing Living Wage accreditation to provide our staff with the security and stability of hours they need to meet their everyday needs.
Our HR Manager Janine Davenport explains “Nurture is one of Envair Technology’s core values and giving our staff certainty in their hours and income is an important way to support them.”
Living Hours is a new standard that has been developed by the Living Wage Foundation. The Living Wage movement has benefited hundreds of thousands of families by enabling them to earn a wage they can live on.
