The QATS Symposium is important event in our diary, where we can showcase our range of healthcare and pharmaceutical isolators amongst NHS experts, regulators and industry leaders. It’s a great opportunity for delegates and exhibitors to discuss best practice and emerging issues in pharmacy, such as compliance with GMP regulations, environmental monitoring and contamination control, while also exploring innovations in pharmaceutical science.

Our Cytotoxic Dispensing Cabinet and CIVAS (Central Intravenous Additive Service) rigid isolators, each have the option to include a validated and automated bio-decontamination (ABD) of the interior, using an integrated Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) system. Delivering a 6-log sporicidal kill, it uses a closed loop configuration that requires no external ducting or room modifications and satisfies one of the Annex 1 guidance requirements.

In addition to these positive pressure and negative pressure ABD Isolators, we also offer Rapid Gassing Isolators with a microbiological decontamination cycle of less than 30 minutes (depending on load). Using a flexible modular approach, our units can be easily customised to suit your application and meet the standard for licenced MHRA status. We have designed, built and installed a number of these in NHS facilities across the country, with future potential for MHRA licensing.

All our Gassing Isolators and other clean air and containment products are all available through both the HealthTrust Europe LLP and East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub frameworks. This makes it easier for NHS clients to purchase the equipment they need, with a safe, compliant and value for money route to market.

Our dedicated Service & Spares team provides comprehensive lifetime support for clean air and containment equipment, including equipment manufactured by ourselves and other manufacturers too. For NHS and pharmaceutical facilities, where equipment availability and compliance are critical, our aim is to help minimise downtime, extend equipment life and ensure systems continue to perform in accordance with the appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
