Envair Technology bring home two trophies from the Greater Manchester Good Employment Awards!
It’s always lovely to receive recognition for a job well done – and earlier this month, Envair Technology took home two awards for their work in improving workplace culture for all its employees. Alongside good employment, science and innovation are at the heart of our business, so it was a pleasure to attend the ceremony at the Museum of Science and Industry, surrounded by scientific heritage and like-minded organisations who share our values.
The Good Employment Awards champion fair pay, equality, and giving employees a voice in the workplace. These things are incredibly important to Envair Technology’s leadership team. Creating initiatives around inclusion and financial wellbeing was the first step: it’s only by reflecting on the impact that we know that they are making a genuine difference to employees’ lives.
It was for these impacts that we received a Highly Commended in the Cultural Change category, then winning the ‘Most Improved – Small’ Award. These awards are all down to the amazing efforts of everyone who works at Envair Technology. Having such a passionate, inclusive team is what makes Envair Technology a great place to work. Again, we want to give a huge thank you to our whole team — your passion, dedication, and feedback drive everything we do.
As we celebrate our progress, it’s also a time for us to look forward to think about how we continue to evolve and improve. As employment rights across the world and reported to be in decline – including in the UK – we continue to be committed to raising the bar across Greater Manchester – together.
