We’re proud to announce that Envair Technology has officially become a Member of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter – a recognition of the work we’ve done to improve employee experience, wellbeing and inclusion across the business.

The Good Employment Charter is a voluntary initiative that supports employers across the city region to raise standards in seven key areas: secure work, flexible work, pay, engagement and voice, recruitment, people management, and health and wellbeing. We registered as a supporter of the Charter 10 months ago and have progressed to Membership, by demonstrating our clear commitment, not just in principle, but in practice too. This has helped us to create a workplace where our team feel supported, valued and empowered to do their best work.

Over the past two years, we’ve embedded our values into every corner of the business, worked with staff to reshape our policies and management practices and introduced a number of new initiatives focused on mental health, flexible working and inclusive leadership. As a result, our most recent staff survey showed a 34% increase in satisfaction compared to 2022.

Becoming a Charter Member is a fantastic milestone for our business, but it’s not the end of the journey. We’ll continue to build on this progress as we grow, ensuring our culture evolves in a way that supports our people, our partners and our performance.
