- Automated Reference Numbers: Every enquiry will now be assigned a unique ticket number. This ensures our engineers and support specialists have a complete, traceable history of your equipment and service requirements.
- Enhanced Visibility: Our new system allows us to monitor response times more accurately, ensuring we meet our service commitments and maintain the high standards you expect from Envair Technology.
- Streamlined Communication: All updates regarding your request will be consolidated into a single thread, making it easier for your team to track progress from initial enquiry to resolution.
You do not need to take any action and please continue to reach out to our team as usual. Our specialists are already using this new platform to manage your service requests, maintenance schedules and technical queries more effectively.
This update is the first step in a broader initiative to enhance our digital service offering. In the coming months, we will be introducing further self-service tools and a dedicated Help Centre to provide you with even faster access to technical documentation and support resources.
