Envair Technology are a specialists in manufacturing a wide portfolio of fume cupboard and extraction systems for industrial and educational laboratories, as well as ultra-clean and containment solutions for hospital pharmacies, aseptic manufacturing and drug discovery.
Our products are used to prepare chemotherapy treatments for cancer patients, discover new therapies for Alzheimers and inspire the next generation of chemistry students, meaning that our team always finish the day feeling they've produced something really valuable. You'll be producing equipment for clients like Astra Zeneca, the NHS and university research institutes.
Our extensive range of products are certified to BS EN 14175 and BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 standards. All products are designed and manufactured using modern CAD/CAM/CNC facilities. Delivery and installation are carried out using our own fleet of vehicles and highly skilled directly employed installation engineers, commissioning and maintenance are also undertaken by our own skilled engineers.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be hands-on, supporting our team in building electrical appliances from wiring diagrams.
You will be responsible for maintaining the applicable standard operating procedures and for the upkeep of all electrical test records. We test 100% of our products.
You will take pride in ensuring good quality workmanship that upholds company standards, complies with wiring designs and follows safety requirements.
To join us, you will:
- Have a working knowledge of IEE regulations
- Have 3 + years in a manufacturing environment
- Have significant experience and working knowledge of electrical systems, be able to fault-find, and carry out system diagnostics and risk assessments
- Have effective time management, prioritising and delegation skills
- Be self-motivated with a results driven approach
- Have good problem-solving skills, always seeking to improve performance
Ideally you'll also be qualified to 17th or 18th edition and have City & Guilds 2360, 2382 and 2391 qualifications, however we will be happy to provide training for the right candidate.
